One-off charges
This is where we set up your business within Learnbubble, agree the logos and colour schemes to be used and
discuss whether you require separate hosting of your database. Initial costs vary from as little as £300 for a small business requiring minimal changes, up to
approximately £1,500 for larger enterprises.
No further administration costs
Once your initial set up is completed Learnbubble is charged based upon actual usage of the courses you offer. There is no charge when you are creating the courses and administering the course and student details.
Learnbubble training vouchers
Payment for using Learnbubble is made with Learnbubble vouchers, which you buy in advance.
Vouchers are used only when students (or a reviewer) start taking the course that you are offering.
The rate at which the vouchers are used up depends on :
- The size of the course
- The number of students taking the course
- The size of student coursework downloaded / uploaded
Full pricing details are available upon request but in practical terms this means:
- A standard course of around 80 to 100 pages,
- made up of a mixture of text and images,
- has a likely cost of £15 to £29 per student.
The actual cost depends the number of vouchers pre-purchased - larger pre-purchased volumes attract bigger discounts.
If you assign a student to a course and for any reason they do not start the course, no voucher charge will be made.
Using video clips in a course may increase the cost if they are long and uncompressed
